Murder-Mystery Night

On Sunday February 18 we held our initial run of a murder mystery dinner. As this was a trial run we were looking for an audience from our members that could help us evaluate the evening’s event and help point out ways the show could be improved. The pot luck dinner went well and the attendees seemed to enjoy the show. $57 was made from donations that was put towards State Worthy President Ron Judkins’s Charity Project (Bangor Area Homeless Shelter). The biggest issue we had was the audience not being able to hear the charators which I am working to overcome. We will be having a meeting in the future to see if we have enough interest in doing another show.  If anyone would be interested in playing a role, share ideas, have questions or any support, please let me know by the means below.

If interested, you can still get involved by contacting myself, Fred Allen at the club,  by email:  RumfordAerie1248@gmail.com   or by cell 207-418-4463 or  contact Paula Chase at the club

On March 24th is the annual Love of Chocolate Festival. Bring the kiddos to see the Easter Bunny to get lots of Treats and bask in the lovely chocolate. This event raises money for Bennett Breast Care Center. Craft and venders spaces are available. Donations of desserts would be appreciated.  Starts at 1pm

Drawing for free Aerie membership dues

The yearly date for having dues paid (May 31) is coming up fast. As an added incentive to get your dues paid early, the Aerie will place a ticket in a hat for all members who have paid their dues before April 30. 5 names will be drawn from the hat that will have their dues paid for the following year.

Membership Drive

The months March and April the Rumford Eagles will be doing the annual Membership Drive. Club members will be available to answer questions and give tours to interested individuals who would like to see what we are all about. For those participating in the promotion, tickets for free cover charge will be offered for one of our entertainment events. If interested, we can get you setup by contacting myself, Fred Allen at the club,  by email:  RumfordAerie1248@gmail.com   or by cell 207-418-4463

Putting stands together, putting clothes out, helping the students and packing up. Bill and I are sick / disabled. The more the merrier. THE PROM CONNECTION held at Rumford Falls Eagles bingo hall

Big new event this year too. We plan to have Prom tickets raffle. All the students that come to find appropriate attire to wear to Prom will have their names put it to win.
